Gliding Stars is a non-profit organization who provides adaptive ice skating for individuals with a wide range of disabilities including personalized assessment & fitting of specially designed & manufactured equipment. Founded in 1994 to create, promote, & advance adaptive ice-skating programs in the US. The mission is to help individuals with developmental, intellectual, physical & multiple disabilities improve their health including: balance, coordination, strength, and overall fitness.
